Customer Success Manager
Who are you?
We are looking for a strategic, customer-oriented, and results-driven Customer Success Manager to manage our new and established customers. The ideal candidate is ambitious, experienced, and a team-player who is excited, as much as we are, to be part of the fundamental change we are implementing in the face and pace of procurement processes within the TOP Companies in the world!
What will you do?
- Proactively own and manage a portfolio of customers and become their trusted advisor
- Plan and execute a successful on-boarding process along with the R&D team
- Take a key part in building and maintaining our Customer Success Team
- Provide feedback to the product team by effectively communicating customer needs
- Identify up-sell opportunities and manage renewal processes
- Help design ideal features by working cross-functionally across various teams
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success Management
- Tech-savvy with skills related to software solutions (SaaS environment)
- An analytical understanding and data-oriented approach
- Strong Project Management skills and ability to work with complex technical products
- Team player with great communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- A native speaker level of English
- Previous experience with SaaS companies
- Familiarity with ERP software (NetSuite, SAP, Priority, etc.)
