At Approve.com, We value our customers’ data. 

We do everything in our power to protect your company’s data, and to hold only the data we have to hold in order to provide you with our services. 

Information Security Guidelines

What we do:

1. Legal consultancy. We are advised by the leading law firm in Israel, with experts in both IP and privacy, and retain local counsel in other jurisdictions as necessary. We regularly re-evaluate our data protection liabilities and upgrade our security stack.
2. We make efforts to only collect and retain the data we must collect and retain. Personal data uploaded to Approve.com is shared only within your company and with your vendors, when relevant and upon action. No personal information about customers’ employees is required, except for names, emails, role, and department.
3. Choosing the right partners. We work with globally recognized service providers, who represent to us that they are compliant with the requirements that apply to them.
4. Awareness and security compliance training is performed annually to all our employees, by the Information Security Officer. Training covers rules and guidelines with respect to data privacy, proper use of security measures (software credentials, anti-virus, data storage), incidents and concerns.

European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We believe that the GDPR is the global standard for data protection. Approve.com is committed to complying with GDPR so that our customer’s and their end user’s rights and obligations are met under GDPR, which took effect on May 25, 2018. We created many tools and implemented new processes to ensure we can assist our customers with their compliance with GDPR requirements. Our customers can submit deletion or export requests to the designated account manager or at [email protected].

Vulnerability Disclosure Area

We sincerely appreciate feedback from the security community and strive to quickly address security issues involving our products and services. If you need to report a security issue, please email [email protected] and include the phrase “Security Concern” in the subject line. It is preferable that your report will include a detailed description of your discovery with clear, reproducible steps.

All privacy related issues will be addressed ASAP at [email protected]. Customers are requested to include the word “privacy” in the subject line of the email and Approve.com will make sure the email is forwarded to the Information Security Officer.
